The owner of this 3,300 sq. ft. contemporary 2 story home wanted a large addition to primarily provide additional space for a large utility room, guest bedroom, entertainment area and exercise area. Incorporating a wall of soaring 2-story custom windows in the new addition, JMBA created drama in both the exterior and interior while paying tribute to the existing 2-story structure's façade in adding over 2,000 square feet of customized space.
